Simon’s story is a great way to introduce children to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT is a therapeutic approach used to help people identify and change negative thought patterns called cognitive distortions. Follow Simon's classmates; Finley Fish, Evan Ermine, Robert Raccoon, Ophelia Owl, and Tomas Turtle as they too learn how their thoughts, feelings, and behavior are all connected and learn to maneuver different cognitive distortions.
